Let the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned, if he is competent, consider the application of the petitioner for renewal of patta, if it is otherwise permissible in law. Let such decision be taken within three months unless there is any legal impediment in which case it shall be informed to the petitioner. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
