This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). issue a writ of Certiorari quashing the impugned F.I.R. lodged against petitioner vide Case Crime No. 0176/2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 at P.S. Shahabad, District Hardoi, To issue a writ of Mandamus to Respondent No. 2 to 3 not to arrest the Petitioner in the Case Crime No. 0212/2025 under Crime No. 0176/2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) of BNS, 2023 at P.S. Shahabad, District Hardoi." 3. Learned AGA has produced before this Court a copy of written instructions dated 21.07.2025 sent by Sub- Inspector, Police Station Shahbad, District Hardoi wherein it has been stated on the basis of evidence collected, charge sheet bearing No.204 of 2025 dated 08.05.2025 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS has been prepared against Shyam Babu Shukla, Kiran Devi and submitted to the Circle Officer, Shahbad, District Hardoi for onward submission to the Court. Instructions are kept on record. 4. Since, evidence has been collected and charge sheet has been prepared, the writ petition has become infructuous. It is dismissed.
