This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:- "[i] issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 3 not to mutate the name of the opposite party no. 7 in revenue record in respect of land of 192 area 0.5050 hectare situate at Village Abanpur, Pargana Mohan, Tehsil Hasanganj, District Unnao and also direct the opp. parties not to create disturbance in peaceful possession of the petitioner over the aforesaid land in question in the interest of justice." We can not issue such a writ of mandamus. Whatever objections, if any, the petitioner have in the mutation proceedings, he can apprise the Officer/Court concerned if he has locus in the matter.
