The petitioner shall cooperate in the proceedings, if he does not do so, it shall be open for the Tehsildar to pass ex-parte order. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, he can avail prescribed remedies such as appeal, etc., if there is a cause. 3. Till disposal of the recall application, the order passed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 shall not be implemented. 4.
