3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases and the offences are triable by the Magistrate. Petitioners are behind the Bar since their date of arrest. The trial of the case may take considerable time, hence both the bail applications of the petitioners may be allowed.
5. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail applications.

Accordingly, both the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners- Mangalram @ Kaluram S/o Kajod and Ramotar Son Of Bhuraram @ Bhanwar shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No.0097/2025 registered at Police Station-Bandikui (Dausa), District-Dausa on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court for their appearance before that Court on all the dates till conclusion of the trial.
