Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ashish Raman Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 25.02.2025, whereby the injunction application was dismissed as well as the order dated 29.05.2025, whereby the Misc. Appeal was also dismissed. 3. The suit in question indicates that the plaintiff had claimed that he is owner of part of the property owned by the defendants. As there was no partition admittedly in between the parties, the trial court had rightly refused to grant an injunction against an owner. 4. It is informed that subsequently, a suit for partition has also been filed in between the parties. 5. No good grounds for interference are made out against the two orders. 6.
