(2) This writ petition was filed in 2016 seeking the following reliefs: “i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25- 8-2015 in the light of order of Hon'ble Apex Court dated 27-04-2012 passed in Civil Appeal No. 2608 of 2011 (Annexure No. 1). ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 & 2 to decide the case of the petitioner in the tune of judgment and order dated 14-11-2014 passed by Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court (Annexure No.6) which has been decided in the light of M. Nagraj Vs. Union of India, A.I.R. 2007 (71), SCC 2006 (8) 212.” (3) Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner be permitted to make representation.
