Mahato, Advocate Ms. Ahalya Mahato, Advocate Ms. Jyotsna Mahato, Advocate For the Respondents : Ms. Pinky Tiwary, AC to AG ---------- 02/ 02.07.2025 In the instant writ application, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondents to appoint her to the post of Sevika of Aanganbari Centre, Salukdih in the district of Seraikella-Kharsawan. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that instant application may be disposed of by directing the concerned respondents to consider her case for appointment to the post of Sevika of Aanganbari Centre, Salukdih as she fulfils all the requisite criteria for being selected to the said post. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter- affidavit has been filed, as such, the petitioner may be directed to file fresh representation before the respondent No. 5, who shall decide the case in accordance with law. 2025:JHHC:17650 2 4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent No. 5 to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision with regard to the claim made by the Petitioner in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations, by passing reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this writ application to the concerned respondent so that her grievance can be redressed at the earliest. 6.
