2025:JHHC:14900 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI A.B.A. No. 3106 of 2025 ----- 1.Sani Tudu, W/o Debasi Baskey 2.Mahaful Hembrom, W/o Rohit Tudu 3.Chudka Baskey, S/o Chhanu Baskey 4.Ram Baski, S/o Chhanu Baski Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 R/o Chandubathan, Tola Baihanga, P.O. and P.S. Saraiyahat, District- Dumka Petitioner No.4 R/o Kamartor Sargaon, P.O. and P.S. Kamartor, District Utter Dinajpur (West Bengal) .... Petitioner(s). Versus The State of Jharkhand … Opp. Party(s). ------ CORAM : SRI ANANDA SEN, J. ------ For the Petitioner(s) : Mr. Rahul Kumar, Advocate For the State : Mrs. Ruby Pandey, AddI. P.P. …...... 02/ 10.06.2025: Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 2. This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending their arrest for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 115(2), 117(2) and 109, 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. There is an allegation of assault by two groups upon each other. As a result of the assault one person died. Considering the nature of allegation when the petitioners and others have assaulted, though the allegation is general in nature, I find that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners in connection with Saraiyahat P.S. Case No.102 of 2024, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dumka, stands rejected. (ANANDA SEN, J.) R.S./
