1. An Application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner/Applicant Gurpreet Singh Anand @ Vinny seeking further extension of Interim Bail on medical grounds.
2. The Status Report has been filed on behalf of the State, wherein it is submitted that as per the medical record, the Applicant was admitted in the Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh on 31.03.2025 and was discharged on
04.04.2025. The medical record was verified and was found to be genuine. His medical record for visit at AIIMS Hospital reflect his visit on
14.01.2025. An ECG Induction has been advised, for which date for ECG was given as 16.07.2025 and EPS study date is 05.06.2025. The medical This is a digitally signed order. record of Fortis Hospital as submitted by the Applicant revealed that he is suffering from seizure disorder with bilateral paraparesis with Hematuria. The Treatment History in the past reveals that Applicant/Accused visits hospital mostly prior to the date of his expiry of interim bail on medical grounds and no proper treatment has been decided yet.

4. Considering the Medical Report and the line of treatment, no further extension of Interim Bail is granted.
5. The Application stands disposed of with the directions to the Applicant to surrender on expiry of the Interim Bail.
6. It is directed that in case there is any medical visit which is scheduled, the Jail Superintendent shall make an arrangement to take the Petitioner/Applicant to the concerned Hospital for his follow up treatment.
