Learned counsel for the State would submit that the selection process has been concluded and the petitioner has participated in the selection process without any objection, therefore, the petition has become infructuous. 2. Considering the submission and also considering the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even when the matter is called twice, probably, since the selection process has been concluded and he has participated in the selection process, he may not be interested to continue with the proceedings. 3. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the petition which has rendered infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition(s) is dismissed having become infructuous.
