Heard Sri Somesh Tripathi, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Mohd. Asif Khan, learned A.G.A.-I for the State and perused the records. 2. By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S, the applicant has challenged the validity of an order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the learned Session Judge, Unnao in Criminal Revision No. 81 of 2025 "State Vs. Krishna Pal Yadav". 3. After advancing submission at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant made a statement that he does not want to press the challenge made to the impugned orders through this application and he confines his prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the proceedings of the trial, which are pending since the year 1996. 4. The expeditious disposal of trial is necessary for securing the ends of justice as the proceedings of the complaint case are pending since the year 1996. 5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of by issuing a direction to the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-4, Unnao to proceed with the Criminal Case No.931 of 2017, under Section 33/26 of Indian Forest Act, Police Station Achalganj, District Unnao expeditiously and conclude the same at the earliest, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
