P.S. Case No.57 of 2024 corresponding to NDPS Case No.5 of 2025, for offences under Sections 20(b)(i)(c) and 22(c) of the NDPS Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, (NDPS), Simdega. 3. Learned Spl. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The petitioner has been convicted in this case for transporting contraband materials in a huge quantity, which is also apparent from the seizure memo. 5. Looking to the gravity of the allegation and quantity of seized contrabands, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. 6.
