1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner, is seeking a limited direction towards the respondent No. 3 i.e. Tahsildar, Bhatapara District Balodabazar to decide the application for mutation dated 17.07.2020 which is pending since year 2020 before him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application for mutation has been submitted on 17.07.2020 before the Tahsildar but till date no initiative has been taken to decide the same.

Learned State counsel submits that if the application of the petitioner for mutation of the land bearing Khasra No.304/1,304/2 and 428 admeasuring area respectively 0.403, 0.403 and 0.020 hect situated at village Mirgi P.H. No. 36 block & tahsil Bhatapara, District Balodabazar is still pending and if there is no challenge to the order of the Nayab Tahsildar dated 06.09.2019 in Revenue case No. 6/A-6/2018-19 and the order is still in existence and it has not been quashed or set aside by any higher forum then the Tahsildar will pass necessary orders in the mutation application within 45 days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the

5. Looking to the submission made by learned State counsel, if the
order on the basis of which the petitioner is seeking mutation of the land in question is still in existence and has not been set aside or quashed by any higher forum, the Tahsildar, Bhatapara is
directed to decide the mutation application dated 17.07.2020 (Annexure P-9) within 45 days from today.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed off.
7. The petitioner is at liberty to apprise the Tahsildar, Bhatapara about the order of this court. Sd/- (BIBHU DATTA GURU)
