The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Direct the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit (O.S.) No.23 of 2020, "Gajanand Vs. Mahesh Kumar and others", original suit filed for revocation of forged testamentary (will deed) in respect of land situated in Village Samaspur, Pargana Vihar, Tehsil Kunda, District Pratapgarh which is pending since 07.01.2020, expeditiously, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
