The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the order dated 07-07-2025 passed by the opposite party no. 1 by which he has not been granted the interim order on the application C-6 under order 39 rules 1 and 2 and under section- 151 C.P.C. in Civil Suit No. 1352 of 2025 Ram Dulare Versus Shiv Nath and others, in the interest of justice. Annexure no. I to this petition. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be direct the opposite party no. 2 to 4 not to create any hindrance in peaceful possession of the petitioners over the land in question till the disposal of application C-6 under order 39 rules 1 and 2 C.P.C., in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the interim relief application, if already not decided, in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of ten days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
