Faizabad to decide the Regular Suit Tej and others] No. 631/2023 [Awadhpuri Enterprises Versus Ram filed under section 77 of the Registration Act, 1908 expeditiously as early as possible within period of three months, expeditiously as early as possible within period of 3 months." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for early hearing before the Court concerned which shall be considered in accordance with law and in terms of the administrative guidelines issued by this Court.
