The petitioner had taken a loan under self-employment scheme of the Government but could not repay the same. The dues as per the impugned notice dated 14.02.2024 have arisen to the extent of Rs.668561 plus interest till 31.03.2019. In spite of impugned notice dated 14.02.2025 the same has not been deposited. The petitioner has approached this Court after one and half year after receiving of the said impugned notice. Let the petitioner approach the opposite party no. 4 making such a request as she has made herein which can be considered by the opposite party no. 4 as per law.
