Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chiniya P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 118(2), 109, 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa.

On 07.03.2025 at about 3.30 pm, uncle of the informant, namely, Yogendra Prasad sustained firearm injury on his back.

During course of investigation, co-accused was apprehended and firearm, which was used in commission of offence, was recovered on his pointing out. So far as this petitioner is concerned, his name has come in the confession of co-accused.

Mr. Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Tripathi, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Garhwa, or his successor, in connection with Chiniya P.S. Case No. 07 of
2025.
