Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition. 3.This court issued notice to the respondents. But the private notice was refused. Hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that the notice is served to the respondents. 4.Considering the contentions and the difficulties raised by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the transfer civil miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. No costs.
