Cr.MP No. 2473 of 2025 Learned counsel for the non-applicant has stated that he has no objection in case the amount is ordered to be released to the applicant. Keeping in view this statement, as well as the fact that the matter was reconciled before the Bench of National Lok Adalat, wherein it was agreed that the amount would be released to the applicant, the present application is allowed and the amount is ordered to be remitted to his savings bank account, details of which are given in para-3 of the application.
