2. According to the petitioner, the subject property being the access road for the petitioner and others, the fifth respondent started obstructing the passage. The petitioner, therefore made a representation to the respondents to remove the obstruction to ensure free flow of access to the public road. 3. When the Writ Petition was admitted, this Court directed the respondents to remove the obstructions and file a report before this Court. Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court, the obstructions were removed and the property was made free to be accessed as a public road. This status quo continues till today. 4. In view of the above, since the obstructions have already been removed, the same status shall be continued and the respondents shall ensure that the fifth respondent or anyone claiming through him, do not make any obstructions in the public road. 5.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No.1 of 2014 is closed.
