Petitioners have been made accused in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025 arising out of Godda (T) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 22, 25, 27A and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda. 3. It was submitted that 7.2 gram of brown sugar was recovered from the joint possession of the petitioners. It was further submitted that the quantum of seized brown sugar comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Godda in connection with N.D.P.S.
