[2] The present writ petition has been filed assailing the transfer order dated 24-01-2025 by which the petitioner has been transferred from Group Centre, Imphal to 083 RF Jaipur, Rajasthan. The only ground raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition in assailing the impugned transfer order is that his old aged father is under medical treatment and he is the only person to look after him. In this regard, the petitioner has already approached the concerned authorities in terms of the applicable rules by filing representation either for revoking impugned transfer order or for posting of the petitioner near his homestate. 2 WP(C) No. 509 of 2025 Page 2 [3] It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the said representation has been rejected by the authorities without giving any reason and that after his personal meeting with the Director General, CRPF for reconsideration of his transfer and posting, his request had been rejected without assigning any reason. [4] The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be given liberty to file a fresh representation against the transfer
order and necessary direction may be given to the concerned authorities to consider the said representation afresh and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking and reasoned order. [5] On the other hand, Mr. S. Vijayand Sharma, learned senior panel counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that there is absolutely no ground to interfere with the transfer order. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has been transferred and posted at Jaipur which is near to Delhi where advanced medical facilities are available. It has also been submitted by the learned counsel that the wife of the petitioner is presently serving at the Composite Hospital Delhi, and as such, the wife of the present petitioner can look after the father of the petitioner. The learned
3 WP(C) No. 509 of 2025 Page 3 counsel, accordingly prays for dismissing the present writ petition as being without any merit. [6] After hearing the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court is of the considered view that it will be in the interest of justice to give one chance or liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority of the CRPF by filing a representation against the transfer and posting order. [7] Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh representation against the impugned transfer and posting order within a period of one week from today. [8] In the event of submitting such a representation by the petitioner within the stipulated period, the competent authorities of the CRPF is hereby directed to consider the said representation afresh and to dispose of the same by issuing a reasoned and speaking order. [9] It is made clear that while considering the said representation, the competent authorities should take into
consideration the difficulty faced by the petitioner on humanitarian ground and to pass necessary order.

Consideration and disposal of the said representation should be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation. [11] With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is
