(3) Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Registrar, Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council has recommended the case of the petitioner to Indian Nursing Council vide letter dated 12.9.2025, however the State Government is not issuing NOC and Essentiality Certificate. He submits that petitioner has made a representation to the Secretary, Medical Education on 6.11.2025 and the concerned Secretary may be directed to take decision thereupon. (4) Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Secretary, Medical Education to consider petitioner’s representation and pass a speaking order, as per law, within three weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
