Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority for reimbursement of medical claim of Rs. 1,39,016/- alongwith interest. Learned State Counsel on the basis of written instructions dated 24th July, 2025 which are taken on record submits that an amount of Rs. 1,32,016/- has been paid to petitioner in lieu of medical reimbursement. Learned counsel for petitioner however submits that the aspect of interest has not been considered by the opposite party. With regard to aforesaid aspect regarding interest on delayed payment, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
