Roy ….for the Gour Banga University Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are some discrepancies in the B.ED. results of the petitioner for the 1st and 4th semesters. She had made a representation in this regard to the Controller of Examination of Gour Banga University on 11th March, 2025. But, the same has not been considered yet. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University submits that in the event a representation is pending consideration, the same will be considered in accordance with law. In view of the above, let the Controller of Examination of the Gour Banga University consider the petitioner’s representation dated 11th March, 2025 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, 2 preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance.
