The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction thereby commanding opposite parties to maintain peaceful enjoyment of property in dispute of petitioner on spot and further nature of land may not be changed by the private opposite parties pending disposal of suit raising illegal construction activities on spot over gata no.208 area 2310 sq.ft. (214.684 sq.meter). (ii) Issue an, order or direction thereby commanding opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 C.P.C. (Paper No.6-C) which is pending till date in Civil Suit No.2150 of 2023 in're Rajan Singh Vs Surendra Pratap Singh and others filed on 19.10.2023." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court below to decide the injunction application with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order.
