The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 to 4 decide early the petitioner application dated 30/06/2025 sand to opposite parties through registered post for To grant permission in the Sub Registrar Office, Amethi for doing the sale deed while keeping the prisoner in custody in jail, application is being annexed as ANNEXURE NO. 1 in this writ petition.” 3. We have gone through the application made by the sister of the petitioner dated 29.06.2025 submitted before the Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Sultanpur and Superintendent of Police, Sultanpur. 4. Without entering into the merits of the case, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Jail Superintendent, District Jail, Sultanpur to take an appropriate decision and if he finds the request to be genuine, he is directed to contact the Sub-Registrar, who shall constitute an official team to visit the jail premises to enable under trial prisoner to execute the sale deed.
