This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "(i). 1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties particularly opposite party no. 2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of the impugned First Information Report No. 123 of 2025, Under Section 191 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351 (3), 333 of B. N.S., at Police Station Jamo, District Amethi dated 04.06.2025 lodged by petitioner against Opposite Party No. 4 to 8, (Annexure No- 1), in the interest of justice." 3. Learned AGA has produced instructions before this Court sent by Circle Officer, Gauriganj, District Amethi, wherein it has been stated that during the course of investigation, no credible offence with regard to the commission of offence under Section 333 of BNS was found and therefore, it has been deleted. Charge sheet no.126 of 2025 dated 06.07.2025 has been prepared under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS and submitted to the court concerned. Such charge sheet has been filed against five accused persons namely Vifna, Prema, Madhuri, Arti and Deepa. Instructions are kept on record. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the Magistrate concerned, if he has any grievance left.
