The instant criminal misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail of Sumita Kumari @ Sumita (O.P. No. 2) who was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in A.B.A. No. 5416 of 2022 on 07.12.2022 arising out of Tatisilway P.S. Case No. 29/2021 (G.R. No. 3393/2021) for the offences registered under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of IPC. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant/petitioner that this petitioner was the Director of M/s Scoria Infra Project Private Limited in which the informant had invested Rs. 6 Lakh. Her husband Umesh Mahto, whose anticipatory bail was rejected, is still at large and has not surrendered before the Trial Court. Consequently, the informant has not received even the principal amount invested by him in the said Private Limited Company. 3. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the anticipatory bail has already been allowed on merit. 4. I have perused the earlier order for grant of anticipatory bail on merit and no further change of circumstance has been brought to the notice of this Court for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
