For the Respondents: Mr. Vinod K.Gupta, Advocate. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record communication dated 27.11.2024, issued under the signatures of Regional Manager, HRTC, Taradevi Unit, Mr. Vinod K.Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, states that DCRG amounting to Rs. 11,19,657/- has been paid to the petitioner vide cheque No. 182849 dated 21.11.2024. 2. As per aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, sum of Rs. 6,94,120/- on account of leave encashment is yet to be paid. Mr. Vinod K.Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, states that since drawing limit has not been received from the Head Office, afore amount has not been disbursed, but as and when drawing limit is received, afore amount shall also be paid. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is closed with a direction to the respondents to ensure that amount on account of leave encashment, as detailed herein above, is paid expeditiously, preferably within two months, failing which, petitioner would be entitled to interest @ 9% from the date it fell due. Needless to say, interest, if any, on account of delayed payment of gratuity shall also be calculated and paid to the petitioner within afore period. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceeding in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance.
