Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record. The instant application has been preferred for the following main relief:- "I. Direct the opposite parties to decide the Criminal Misc.Revision No.50/2025, P/S- Munshiganj in the title of Manoj Kumar Singh Versus State of U.P. which is still pending before the Learned Court of District and Session Judge Sultanpur, contained as a Annexure No. 1 along with this petition And also direct the opposite parties do not take any cursive major against the petitioner relate to the Case Crime No. 100/2024,U/S -420, 466, 468, 471 I.P.C. Police Station- Munshiganj, District-Amethi till final disposal of the Criminal Revision No.50/2025 in the interest of justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case including that according to the applicant on the same facts second criminal proceedings have been initiated and he is serving in Indian Army, the present application is disposed of with an observation that it is expected that the Court concerned would decide the revision in issue, expeditiously.
