Poonam Yadav versus Satyapal Yadav and conclude within six months in view of provisions contained in section 21 B (2) of Hindu Marriage Act 1955 in the ends of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the petition is pending before the respondent no.2, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing, which shall be considered by the respondent no.2 in accordance with the administrative guidelines with all expedition.
