Case No. 11/2025 titled as Gajendra Singh and others Versus Rajesh Kumar Singh, in Regular Suit No. 324/2006 along with application for condonation of delay supported by an affidavit, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Court no. 5 Gonda, within stipulated time frame preferably within three months, contained as Annexure No. 1 and 2, to this petition.
