The case in Crime No.242 of 2023 has been registered on 09.07.2023. It may not be proper on the part of the respondent Police to take further time of six months to conclude the investigation and file the final report. However, considering the difficulty posed by the investigating agency, this Court is inclined to grant five months' time to conclude the investigation. 4.
