The petitioner is directed to accept the same. The petitioner has already received the earned leave pay and unearned leave pay and daily wages is paid from 2000 onwards and 2010 onwards Rs.15,000/- is paid as consolidated payment. Rs.50,000/- was directed to be paid only for the typographical error committed by the contemnor. Now, the entire claim of the petitioner as per his appointment and engagement in the daily wages is paid and also there are no arrears. 2. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
