Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "A. a writ, an order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos.2 to 4 to remove the encroachment from Gata No.35/1.088 hectare, recorded as Plantation Land in the revenue record, which is encroached by the respondent No.06 and his family members in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that there are no encroachments over the property in question. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of observing that in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may move an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
