According to him, respondent No. 4 does not possess requisite qualification for appointment as Export and Marketing Consultant and he also do not have requisite experience in the related field. 4. In para 11 of counter affidavit, filed by Dr. R. Rajesh Kumar, Director of Industries, Uttarakhand on 18.04.2017, it is stated that a complaint was made to State Government which is under consideration against appointment of respondent No. 4. 5. The decision, if any, taken by State Government on the said complaint, is not known.
