Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of 6th respondent submitted that the total amount due has been paid to the petitioner and that the matter stands complied with. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner concurred with the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of 6th respondent. 3. In view of the said reason, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
