Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the reliefs prayed for by the petitioners are otherwise also squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in CWPOA No.2782 of 2019, titled Narender Singh Thakur Versus State of H.P. and others. He submits that interest of justice would be served in case the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders in the case of the petitioners in the light of the said judgment. 3. The petition, as prayed for, is accordingly disposed of with the direction that let the case of the petitioners be examined by the Authorities concerned in the light of the above mentioned judgment and if the case of the petitioners is found to be similar, then reliefs as stand granted in the said judgment, be conferred upon the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a clerical error in the memo of parties as Director Elementary Education has been impleaded as a respondent instead of Director Higher Education. On his request, learned counsel has been permitted to make necessary corrections in the memo of parties. Learned Additional Advocate General accepts the notice on behalf of Director, Higher Education, to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, who shall take a call in the case of the petitioners in terms of the directions passed by the Court. 5.
