Petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to grant Grade Pay of Rs. 4800 to the petitioner w.e.f. 17.09.2019 i.e. the date when similarly situated junior to the petitioner namely Mrs. Manju Rani, Administrative Officer has been granted Grade Pay of Rs.4800....." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.2 i.e. Director, Secondary Education, U.P., Lucknow or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
