Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties not to interfere in the management of the petitioner's society which is legally registered society under the society registration act, but the society of opposite party No.5 who is also registered similar name and style want to grab the property of the society of the petitioner, therefore on the misconduct of the opposite party No.5, the society of the opposite party no.5 are liable to be cancelled according to law in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the main mandamus has been sought against a private person, which is not possible and no order can be passed as prayed. 4.
