(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "(i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the First Information Report registered vide Case Crime No.247/2025, under Section 331(4), 305 B.N.S. 2023, relating to P.S. Colonelganj, District Gonda, contained as Annexure No.1 to the memo of the writ petition. " (3) Written instructions filed today are taken on record. (4) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions sent by Shri Sharad Kumar, the Sub-Inspector of Police Station Karnailganj, District Gonda, says that no credible evidence could be found against the petitioner and therefore, the Final Report dated 20.07.2025 has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority that is the Circle Officer, Karnailganj, Gonda. (5) In view of the above statement, this writ petition has become infructuous and it is dismissed as such.
