Petition has been filed seeking a direction to authority concerned to relieve petitioner in pursuance of transfer order dated 24th May, 2022. It has been submitted that aforesaid transfer order is still in existence and therefore petitioner requires to be relieved in terms thereof. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No.4 i.e. Commandant, 28 BN P.A.C., District Etawah. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority.
