The petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 20.12.2024 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition). 2. Submissions have been made that earlier the petitioner had approached this Court by filing Writ-C No. 3057 of 2021, which came to be decided by order dated 06.12.2024 requiring the petitioner to move an appropriate application before respondent no. 2, who was directed to consider the same in accordance with law. Pursuant to the said order, the requisite was done by the petitioner, however, the needful has not been done by the respondent. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that the representation filed by the petitioner would be dealt with by the competent authority with expedition. 4. In view of the submissions made, the petition filed by the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the said authority. 5. The petitioner would be free to file a fresh detailed representation, if so advised.
