After arguing for a while, when the learned counsel was confronted with the maintainability of the instant petition, he submitted that he would feel satisfied that if a direction is issued to the concerned Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag to accord due consideration to the representation alleged to have been filed by the petitioner on 27th of November, 2025 within a reasonable period. 02. On the asking of the Court,Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, learned Deputy Advocate General has caused appearance on behalf of respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition provided there is no other legal impediment in carrying out the proposed demarcation. 03. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for disposal and is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to accord consideration to the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner which has been placed on record as Annexure-III with the instant petition dated 27th of November, 2025 within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order along with the writ petition and annexure,are made available to the said respondent. 04. However, this Court further directs that while considering the said representation, all stakeholders shall be notified in advance, in the event any demarcation is proposed to be carried out pursuant to the decision taken by the Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag. 05.
