Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions dated 21.07.2025 sent by Sub Inspector, P.S. Harraiya, Balrampur, says that the petitioner is 17 years of age and Case Crime No.94 of 2025 under Section 137(2) and 87 of the B.N.S. has been lodged by the father of petitioner no.1. Instructions are kept on record. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to approach appropriate Forum.
