The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "A. To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of Habeas Corpus to the Respondent 1 to immediately trace and produce, through the Police Commissioner, Lucknow, the minor child Dhriti Yadav from the illegal custody of Respondents 2 to 5 before this Hon'ble Court and deliver her custody to the Petitioner's father and natural guardian Vaibhav Yadav;" At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
