ORAL ORDER
In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i) To call for entire records pertaining to the private complaint in C.C.No.3920/2022 (P.C.R. No.256/2022) pending on the file of the Hon’ble Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC at Mulbagal. ii) After perusing the records, quash the complaint and further proceedings in C.C.No.3920/2022 (P.C.R. No.256/2022) filed by the respondent for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act which si pending on the file of the Hon’ble Prl. Civil Judge and JMFC at Mulbagal which are produced at Annexure ‘A’ & ‘B’. iii) Grant cost of this petitioner. iv) And also grant such other and further relief’s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit considering the facts and circumstances of the cases to meet the ends of justice.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material on record.
3. Though several contentions have been urged by both sides in support of their respective claims, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition reserving liberty in favour of both parties to urge their contentions before the Trial Court.

Further the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. It is further directed that before proceeding further in the matter, the Trial court shall refer the parties before the jurisdictional Mediation Center for the purpose of enabling the parties to explore the possibility of amicable settlement. The Trial is also directed to obtain the report from the Mediation Center within two months from the next date of hearing before the Trial Court. It is further directed that the Trial Court is
directed to consider the application for exemption in accordance with law, if such an application is filed. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept open and no opinion is expressed on the same.
4. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
